About hülf.me
Who we are, what we do, and why.
How it works
Answer a handful of simple questions. Skip anything you’d rather not say.
We show you services in Vienna that suit your situation — today.
Call, message, or just walk in — whatever feels possible.

Every day I see how hard it is to find the right help at the right moment.
I work in social services in Vienna. There are so many good services in this city — but they’re scattered, complicated and often hidden behind forms. hülf.me brings them into one place: anonymous, free and without barriers.
What we stand for
No sign-up, no names. You decide what you share.
A non-profit project. No ads, no selling.
In ten languages — help shouldn’t fail at language.
Developed from practice, with real services in Vienna.
What is hülf.me?
hülf.me is an independent, free, and anonymous guide to social support services in Vienna. The platform is designed for people in difficult life situations who don't know where to turn.
Through a short questionnaire, suitable services are suggested from a curated database — from institutional counseling centers to NGOs, self-help groups, and online resources.
Who is behind it?
hülf.me is a private project by Constantin Froschauer, a social pedagogue in Vienna. The platform is run on a voluntary basis and is independent of the listed organizations.
Content is regularly reviewed and updated. hülf.me does not replace professional counseling but helps find the first step.
How current is the data?
The database currently contains over 100 curated support services in Vienna. All entries are manually researched and regularly checked for accuracy.
Last comprehensive data check: April 2026.
If you find an error or a service is missing, we welcome your feedback.
